MFR-1 multi-function relays provide monitoring and protection for a wide range of power generation and distribution applications. Each of the five available models protects for the designated faults, monitors and displays the generator or utility a.c. signals, includes one ANSI 74 alarm relay and 3 output relays, and is easily configured via the RS-232 interface.

The MFR-13/GP provides generator protection for over- and under-voltage, over- and under-frequency, and voltage asymmetry, plus reverse power, reduced power, overload, load imbalance, loss of excitation, cos phi, and independent overcurrent time protection. The unit has an option for communication. The unit has GL classification.

MFR-15/SYN provides similar protection as the MFR-13/GP, but adds synchronization control across one circuit breaker, active power and cos phi control, load and VAR sharing, external setpoint control, and three configurable analog outputs. MFR-12/CP provides generator protection for independent overcurrent time, inverse time current, and calculated ground faults. The unit has an option for communication. The unit has GL classification.

MFR-11/MP provides utility protection for over- and under-voltage, over- and under-frequency, and voltage asymmetry faults. The unit has an option for communication. The unit has GL classification.

MFR-11/G59 includes the utility protection features of the MFR-11/MP, and adds protection for phase/vector shift and df/dt faults. The unit has an option for communication. The unit has GL classification.

MFR-2/PSV is used in power generating systems. Generator controller with automatic or manual control logic for 2 circuit breakers for isolated operation or operation in parallel with the mains of one or several generators (incl.synchronisation with f/V-control)for synchronous and asynchronous generators.
