Background
Incorporated in 1995, PM Control Systems
Pte Ltd began operations by specializing in Mechanical-Hydraulic
Governors and Governing Systems. Our team of experienced
managers and service engineers already had more than 80
years of combined experience in the field, on governing
systems such as Woodward, Diesel Kiki and Regulateurs
Europa.
Centrally located in Singapore, and with
a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction
no matter the time or place, PM Control Systems rapidly
became well-known as a premier one-stop governor sales
and service company, serving the Marine, Offshore, Petrochemical,
OEM and Industrial markets within the South-East Asian
region.

To assure our customers of our continuous
commitment to quality, PM Control Systems achieved ISO
9001:2000 quality certification from Lloyds Register Quality
Assurance Ltd. Put in place were stringent quality check
all along our service and repair processes, to ensure
that each and every job was completed in time and with
a satisfied customer.
Woodward
In December 2000, PM Control Systems was
officially appointed as a Woodward Authorized Independent
Service Facility (AISF) for Mechanical-Hydraulic Governors
in Singapore. Woodward Industrial Controls was already
renowned as a world leader in terms of governing systems,
and this award served as recognition of our capabilities
and commitment to our customers. Never one to rest on
our laurels, PM Control Systems further expanded by incorporating
a new Electronic Systems Division within the company,
and in May 2002, Woodward USA appointed PM Control Systems
as its first Authorized Central Distributor for Electronic
Power Management products and services for the South-East
Asian region.
INTER ELECTRIC
Recently we were appointed by INTER ELECTRIC & ELECTRONIC IND. CO. LTD. from Turkey as an exclusive distributor to distribute Power Measurement Controllers, Motor Protection Controllers and Relays for different power generation applications. PM CONTROL maintains a healthy stock level to support the sales and distribution of INTER products.
INTER ELECTRIC & ELECTRONIC IND. CO. LTD. was established in 1992 and since then has gone thru significant growth and developments. There are more than 250 authorised sales and marketing agents all over Turkey representing and promoting Inter products. There are also several multinational distributors from North/Middle Affrica to Middle East to Balkan and Caucasian countries. Thanks to this progress, Inter has more than 100 qualified and experienced personnel house in a 7 floors building. INTER is ISO 9000 certified and their products are marked with "CE Marking" signifying compliance with international standards.
ARTESIS A.S.
In October 2005, PM Control Systems signed an agreement with Artesis A.S. to be its exclusive Distributor in Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia. Situated at the GOSB Teknopark in Gebze (Turkey), Artesis is a dynamic and innovative company that designs and manufactures plant & machine condition monitoring devices and early fault detection systems. One of their products, the Motor Condition Monitoring (MCM) device, was given the "40 Best Products of 2000" award by Control Engineering Magazine, USA.
Artesis A.S. is a privately held company with the mission to commercialize model based plant condition monitoring and early-warning predictive technologies, originally developed for the aerospace industry in the USA. Since 1999 Artesis, a Koc Holding company, has been making this revolutionary technology commercially available through licensable applications, OEM sales and industrial products.
Products developed by Artesis for condition monitoring and quality assurance have received national and international recognition through a number of awards.
The condition monitoring products MCM, PCM, MCMScada, MCMmms and Detective Multimeter are used for plant monitoring, predictive maintenance and process optimization across multiple industries including those of the chemical & petrochemical, metal processing, power generation, pulp and paper, water and waste water, gas distribution, cement, food and beverage, automotive, textile, metallurgy sectors.
Artesis has a robust Intellectual Property portfolio of issued and pending patents with broad foreign

around-the-clock. Moreover, as part of the Woodward
network, we have access to Woodward's internet-enabled
information system - Woodward Information System Environment
(WISE) - to check on critical data that may be unique
for different installed systems, so that we can efficiently
solve any problems which may arise.
